Experience in implementing & supporting any COTS products. 

Knowledge of Integrations, Data Bases and Infrastructure components. Experience in working with ITO teams. Experience working and contributing to project playbooks, building schedules, managing issues/risks, establishing communication plans and stakeholder management Understand Security Controls processes, need to take care SoA for the products owned. A good team player with seamless communication on the project management principles Experience in handling medium project deliverables Excellent written and verbal communications Familiarity and usability experience with AGILE processes Very good eye for process improvements Able to proactively identify opportunities for problem management Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
