The Role:
 

We are searching for someone with a passion for .Net development to analyze, build and maintain integrations between Marigold and client proprietary or third-party providers. The focus of the Software Integration Engineer will be on building a solid base that makes actual requests a breeze to implement, resulting in less development time, rapid deployment, easier debug, maintenance and upgrades. 

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with the latest AWS stack, leveraging the newest tools and services to drive innovation and excellence. You will work on a wide variety of projects ranging from brief projects that last a few days, to larger projects spanning multiple weeks or months. These projects focus primarily on API and backend services. Additionally, you will provide support on (legacy) applications to our customers and internal stakeholders.

As part of a cross-functional development team, you will collaborate with other engineers in a scaled Agile environment to advance Marigold's integrations. You will join a team where open communication is key, and where technical aspects are always discussed and decided within the team.

 

What You’ll Do: 

Analyse new requests.

Develop new connectivity and integration components.

Assist in building the new framework and libraries for connectivity.

Provide technical assistance and guidance in integrations to customers and internal stakeholders.

Ensure second/third line support for existing applications.

Write documentation on new or existing integrations.

Maintain existing integrations.

Investigate and evaluate new technologies and solutions to enhance our systems and processes.

 

Ideal Qualifications: 

5 years’ experience in .Net.

Knowledge of:

Micro service and event-driven architectures

CI/CD pipelines

Authentication mechanisms (JWT, Open ID)

Jira

GitHub

AWS stack knowledge is a plus point.

A problem solving, analytical mind, with an eye for performance.

Confidence digging into existing code to understand all aspects of it.

A strong focus on quality, ensuring robust, reliable, and scalable solutions.

English fluency; knowledge of French/Dutch an asset.
