About the team:

The team’s primary focus is on the monitoring of customers’ infrastructure with our OTel Collector and UAMS Agent running in their environments. We are collecting metrics which are then visualized in Solarwinds Observability platform.

Your Role:

Become a member of a scrum team responsible for development of the new SolarWinds Observability SaaS platform. More specifically monitoring hosts and various technologies like RabbitMQ, Zookeeper, Kafka using OTel Collector and UAMS Agent. You will work with a product owner to design, review, and develop new features and improve existing ones.

You and your team will handle the entire development process, from prototyping to development, testing, and deployment. You will be part of an agile team that writes code, tests it, and takes care of its high quality and maintenance. We will be helping you, and you will be helping others to grow technical and soft skills. You will cooperate with other teams in the international environment to ensure meeting the product and organization goals. You will help guide the team to follow best practices and keep standards.

Your Experience:

Basic Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience with Golang and React. Have a general knowledge of Software Development processes and procedures. Have the ability and willingness to learn and apply innovative technologies. Be a good team player with a collaborative, curious, and innovative mindset. Have the skills to develop clean and maintainable code and follow commonly used practices, e.g., unit/automation testing, secure product development, etc. Have good written and verbal English, as we are a multinational company.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Apollo Client. Experience with Open Telemetry. Experience with E2E test automation. Experience with IT technologies. (System Management, Cloud, Networking). Experience in building scalable applications.
