We are an expanding team at HP that develops applications that make use of Generative AI and Large Language Models. We work with business units mainly from the Commercial Organization to develop and run solutions that help our sales teams and customers.

Role Responsibilities:

Works with data science and software engineering team to identify and implement the most optimal software solutions for the organization.

Manages software development projects in accordance with the organization's security guidelines.

Plans, designs, and develops software applications.

Performs code reviews, analyze execution plans, and re-factor inefficient code.

Deploys and debugs software initiatives as needed in accordance with best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.

Contributes to technology strategy and engineering roadmaps around software engineering; executes strategic software engineering proof of concepts.

Develops clear presentations for business stakeholders and managers.

Manages relationships with business partners to evaluate and foster data driven innovation, provide domain-specific expertise in cross-organization projects/initiatives.

Role Requirements:

Proficiency in Python and PySpark Programming

Expertise in creating APIs, microservices, and containerized applications.

Knowledge of key Azure services like Azure Machine Learning, Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure DevOps, Azure Functions and Logic Apps

Familiarity with frameworks and tools for developing and deploying Generative AI models, such as Hugging Face, OpenAI API, or LangChain.

Understanding of model fine-tuning and prompt engineering practices.

Familiarity CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.

Proven experience in performing code reviews, improving execution efficiency, and debugging complex software systems.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English.

Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.

Typically has 4+ years of work experience, preferably in software designing &  development
