Keep updated with emerging technologies and trends in the mainframe and distributed computing landscape. 

Promote a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team. 

Mentor and guide junior team members, providing technical leadership and fostering their professional growth. 

Requirements: 

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 

Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Mainframe Technology Development Lead or a similar role. 

Extensive expertise in mainframe technologies, such as COBOL, CICS, JCL, DB2, and IMS. 

Proven experience in modernizing mainframe systems, including migration to distributed technologies. 

Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and best practices.
