Job Description
Develop software that deploys and controls different HiL benches. Participate in roadmap discussions to align software and hardware capabilities of the HiL benches. Plan software releases and deployments according to the roadmap. Execute full software development lifecycle activities using C++ and Python in an Agile Linux environment. Help interpret user requirements and specifications to create a proper software architecture.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop software that deploys and controls different HiL benches.Participate in roadmap discussions to match software and hardware capabilities of the HiL benches.Plan software releases and deployments that fit the roadmap.Execute full software development lifecycle activities using C++ and Python in an Agile Linux environment.Interpret user requirements and specifications to create a proper software architecture.Recognize programming patterns and styles and follow them immediately.Participate in the test and validation of the HiL to ensure it functions correctly.Use Git for deployment.Essential SkillsProficient in C++, Python, and Linux.5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.Strong programming practices and the ability to hit the ground running.Additional Skills & QualificationsHighly preferred experience with embedded/hardware.Experience with traditional machine vision, companies that make sensors, industrial applications, and embedded software.Proficiency in Linux.Experience controlling power supplies, camera interfaces, understanding bandwidth on ethernet, and high-speed interfaces.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00
