Job Description
Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of work-related experience, or Master’s degree and 1 year of work-related experience, or 1- 4 years equivalent work-related experience.Experience in supporting teams in environments characterized by volume volatility, strict deadlines, ongoing training and cultural change.Superior presentation, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to direct, influence and coach leaders to achieve program outcomes.A patient, customer-centric and proactive mindset.Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with leaders at all levels in the business.Must possess a collaborative and team player nature.Time management skills with experience in working to tight project deadlines.Ability to understand user requirements and desired business outcomes.Expertise in the use of Microsoft Applications – specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint.BPM Tool Expertise is preferred along with good analytical and communication skills.Experience with reporting tools such as SQL or BI databases preferred (not required)Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to work independently and within a team.Ability to travel up to 80% of the time.Unless explicitly requested or approached by SS&C Technologies, Inc. or any of its affiliated companies, the company will not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies, or fee-based recruitment services.
