We are seeking a talented Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will contribute to the development of web applications using React and TypeScript. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in software development, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for writing clean, efficient code.

Job Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design, and implement software solutions. We need problem solvers, this will be your most important responsibility.

Develop and maintain web applications using React and TypeScript

Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards

Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members

Troubleshoot and debug software issues, ensuring optimal performance and user experience

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and apply them to improve our software development processes

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience

Minimum of 2 years of experience in writing production code for web applications

Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript

Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices

Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms

Knowledge of backend or API development

Familiarity with GraphQL

Experience with serverless architectures

Experience in SOC2 or other compliance frameworks

Working on or creating enterprise applications

The compensation range for this position is as follows: $77,700-$105,100 (Colorado and Illinois), $85,400-$115,600 (Washington, New York, and Southern California), $89,300-$120,900 (Northern California). Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location.
