We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Software Engineer with a focus on DevSecOps to join our Enterprise IT team, specifically supporting the Treasury and Investor Relations functions. As a key member of our department, you will enhance our platform services, enabling product teams to deliver value efficiently to the finance business. Your role will involve creating and supporting CI/CD workflows, integrating security measures at every stage of the development lifecycle, and implementing automation solutions. We value a mindset oriented towards continuous improvement and excellence in both personal development and technical solutions.

This is a full-time, permanent and hybrid role with many opportunities to grow and develop.

As a Software Engineer, you will have the opportunity to

Design and implement CI/CD solutions that support our enterprise ecosystem using GitHub ActionsIntegrate security practices into the software development lifecycle to ensure compliance and security of finance applicationsDevelop and contribute to Treasury System implementations, working with technologies such as TypeScript, Java, Python, and XML integrations to support Treasury business needsUtilize monitoring and observability tools to ensure system reliability and performance (experience with Grafana and OpenTelemetry is desirable)Provide technical support for platform issues encountered within finance applicationsAdvocate for cloud-native architectures and demonstrate best practices tailored for finance use casesContribute to improving the efficiency of IT operations and cloud resource consumption for Treasury and Investor RelationsDesign and optimize CI/CD pipelines that meet the specific needs of financial applicationsSupport projects across the organization, representing the Enterprise IT - Finance team in technology initiatives

We expect that you will have

Bachelor’s Degree or MS in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related fieldHands-on experience in software engineering with a focus on DevSecOps practicesFamiliarity with GitHub Actions and related CI/CD toolsExperience working with enterprise-scale applications that support thousands of users, ideally within a finance contextProficiency in one the programming languages relevant to Treasury systems, including TypeScript, Java and PythonExperience with monitoring and observability tools is desirable, especially Grafana and OpenTelemetryA sense of ownership and pride in your work and its impact on the company’s successStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in a finance environmentAbility to work well in a team and exhibit strong time-management skillsA willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changes, especially within finance-related applicationsKnowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Configuration as Code (CaC) practices is desirable but not required
