The Opportunity

We are looking for an ambitious IT professionals to join our Brand Digital Presence Engineering team as a Software Engineer. Join a team working on P&G’s 400+ globally deployed brand websites, developing and improving features integrated into P&G digital ecosystem.  You will serve as the architecture lead for the team, participating in architecture review board sessions within the domain.

Responsibilities:

Demonstrate strong skills in both frontend development and backend integration, including coding for APIs, databases, and server-side technologies.Ensure seamless integration with front-end applications and external systems.Work directly with product teams to establish and develop the software development practices for our web and mobile platforms.Ensures alignment with company policies and architecture decisions made by the review board.Identify and suggest changes to the Website and Mobile development process and architecture to help improve reliability and security of software solutions.Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standardsPlay a key role in building the product and architecture artifacts in all four domains (Business, Information, Application, Technology)Responsibility for application and technology selection, technical solutions, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), stewardship including information security, accessibility and change management.Engage in team’s upskilling including Product Managers and Operation Managers.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar field.Expertise within website tech stack (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, React and Rest based web services).Experience and knowledge of public cloud solution (preferably Azure or GCP).Experience with integration technologies (Apigee, Solace, Kafka, Apollo GraphQL, etc.)Understanding of DevOps practices, privacy and software security concepts.Strong communication skills and the ability to build high quality relationships across the business and vendor partnersbility to learn and develop technical expertise through self guided, external courses/certificationsEnglish proficiencyAbility to work hybrid work schedule from Warsaw based office.
