This role offers a unique blend of developing new features and contributing directly to operational excellence in a setting that values teamwork and continuous improvement. **Job Responsibilities** + Develop and maintain software applications for managing cooling systems, supporting software solutions for equipment management in stores, supermarkets, hotels, distribution centers etc. + Collaborate with the team to optimize workflows and user interfaces, ensuring the best possible experience for customers. + Manage and develop REST APIs to ensure smooth and scalable integration between various systems and applications. + Use version control and code management tools to optimize the workflow and software lifecycle. + Actively participate in Scrum processes, contributing to continuous improvement and the development of new features in an agile and dynamic environment. + Support the support team in resolving complex technical issues, working closely together to respond promptly to customer needs and deliver timely, effective solutions. + Contribute to technical documentation and maintain high-quality standards, ensuring the robustness and reliability of solutions. + Demonstrate strong collaboration skills and a constant willingness to learn and face new challenges, with the goal of continuously improving solutions and meeting customer needs. **Background & Skills** + Solid academic background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields, with a strong theoretical foundation in programming and software development. + Experience in designing and developing complex software systems, particularly web applications for managing cooling systems, targeted at various industries such as supermarkets, hotels, distribution centers etc. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core, for building scalable and efficient solutions. + Expertise in integrating REST APIs to ensure seamless communication between different systems and applications. + Experience with MongoDB, React, and other web technologies (JavaScript, CSS, HTML) to develop intuitive and functional user interfaces. + Practical experience with Azure DevOps for managing the software lifecycle and automating development processes. + Solid understanding of Scrum methodologies, with the ability to work in an agile environment and collaborate effectively with the team for continuous improvement of software solutions. + Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken, for communication with international teams and clients. **Danfoss – Engineering Tomorrow** At Danfoss, we are engineering solutions that allow the world to use resources in smarter ways - driving the sustainable transformation of tomorrow.
