Opportunity Overview + Work with multiple Engineering teams in different geographic locations and expertise to get information needed to solve customer problems. + Providing engineering, debug and experimental dll’s to the customer and report the results back to the factory support teams. + Use experience gained in prior cases to reproduce behavior when the customer has not provided all the information needed. + Keeping concise updates of support issue progress in our bug tracking system. + Prioritize incoming requests based on severity of the issue for the customer. + Being organized with attention to detail to ensure the correct options/updates are delivered to the right people. (C++, and C# is a plus). + Strong Excel and VB scripting skills ( exposure to IG-XL VBT is a plus). + Experience with version control software. (Clear Case is a plus). + Experience in Microsoft windows and Microsoft applications (Microsoft .NET infrastructure is a plus). + Experience in general debugging of application in Windows. + BS or MS in computer science, computer engineering, EE or related fields.
