Position Summary:
The Automation Test Developer will develop, test, validate, automate, and support the Klocwork product. This position is responsible for assessing, improving, and cultivating the quality of Klocwork and its current processes. Klocwork is one of the most accurate static code analyzers for C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Kotlin and Python programming languages. It’s a modern, Agile static code analyzer that scales to projects of any size and works effectively within the DevOps cycle. Are you interested in helping world’s leading technology companies improve their software quality and security? Bring your strong quality assurance skills to become part of our passionate engineering team.Responsibilities:Write automation tests in various development languages to validate software functionality and identify errors/non-compliance.Execute tests and gather statistics to allow for analysis of test data.Develop and execute automated test plans and cases for new or modified features.Develop and manage Jenkins pipelines for consistent, automated testing across multiple platforms.Establish and maintain testing environments, including containerization technologies.Improve our quality processes.Monitor and complete in-depth analysis of test data to identify incorrect tool behavior and causes.Mentor more junior team members.Participate in code and documentation reviews.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.Minimum of 3 years of “hands-on” experience in both software development and testing.Working knowledge of software quality and testing methodologies.Experience with multi-platform testing and environment setup.Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.Experience with continuous integration tools, especially Jenkins.Strong proficiency developing in Python and either C, C++, or C#.Knowledge of Operating Systems such as Linux, and Windows.Come work with us!
