Job Description
Work within an agile development team and participate at an engineering level in the design, development, testing, and debugging of software components and products.Proactively participate in every aspect of the entire software development lifecycle including input on specifications, designs, development, implementation, test design, test implementation, optimization, and deliveryDesign, implement, and maintain cloud-based infrastructure solutions deployed to AWS, Azure, and GCP.Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment processes using tools like Terraform ARM, or CloudFormation.Monitor and optimize the performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness of cloud resources.Implement security best practices for cloud environments and ensure compliance with industry standards.Configure and maintain Kubernetes clusters for container orchestration and microservices deployments.Document infrastructure architecture and operational procedures.Qualifications
Undergraduate degree required; degree and/or significant coursework in computer science, or similar engineering program1-2 years of professional experience preferred; will provide training and professional developmentFunctional knowledge of AWS, Azure, GCPFunctional knowledge of Languages: Python, NodeJS, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, ReactJS, Spring; Infrastructure Automation: CloudFormation, Terraform, Jenkins; Container Technologies: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Istio; Networking: Load Balancers, Security Groups, Network Access Control, VPN, VPC, TLS;Familiarity with NIST 800-53, ISO 27001 and/or SOC2 a plusAWS Cloud Practitioner; AWS Solutions Architect, Associate; AWS Developer, Associate; AWS SysOps Administrator, Associate; AWS DevOps Engineer; Developing Solutions for Azure; GCP Cloud Developer; Kubernetes and Cloud Native Associate certifications desired, but not requiredStrong work ethic; willingness to work additional hours to meet business need and coordinate with colleagues globallyStrong interpersonal skills; ability to work successfully with both IT and non-IT colleaguesStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent attention to detail; ability to manage multiple work streams and correctly prioritizeAdditional Information
