The COE provides full lifecycle support for Otis digital products including Compass® Destination Dispatch, EMS Panorama™ and eCall™ Pro products worldwide.

The successful candidate must have a BS or BA degree in Computer Science, Management and Information Systems, or other relevant degree.Basic Qualifications:
8-10 years’ experienceExperience developing desktop (C#), mobile (iOS, Android) and embedded (C++, Python) applicationsKnowledge of multiple back-end languages (C#, Java, Python) and front-end languages (JavaScript, XML, jQuery)Familiarity with databases, web servers, UI/UX, API development and integrationStrong technical root cause analysis capabilitiesNetworking engineering (network security, firewall, L2/L3, VLANs, VPNs, proxies)Cyber security implementation (PKI, auth and security protocols, cryptography, application security)Embedded Linux/Yocto experienceA strong customer focus and collaborative approach while working with global field personnel, regional engineers and experts and engineeringPreferred Qualifications:
