\nWe are looking for a staff software engineer who is comfortable with high degrees of ambiguity and is proficient at designing scalable systems, mentoring junior engineers, and acting as a technical leader as our team pushes the Qualtrics Customer Experience (CX) product to the next level. You should love data visualization, using AI to accelerate customer value, and building simple solutions to solve hard customer problems. How You’ll Find Success

\n\nDevelop scalable, fast, robust, and simple web-based solutions to solve complex business problems\nImplement new features and optimize existing ones to drive maximum performance\nAttend daily stand-up meetings, collaborate with your peers, prioritize features, and work with a sense of urgency to deliver value to customers\nWork with design and product teams to understand needs, propose features, create early prototypes and transform them into exciting end consumer features\nBuild efficient and reusable frontend components and data-intensive backend systems that drive complex web applications\nContribute to the professional development of colleagues, improving their technical knowledge as well as the engineering best practices on your team\nWith your team, own application quality end-to-end and support your services in high-use production environments\n\n\n
What We’re Looking For On Your Resume
\n\nBachelor’s degree or advanced degree in Computer Science or related\nStrong level of curiosity and interest to learn\nStrong algorithms, data structures and coding background\nDisciplined approach to testing and quality assurance\nExperience with software engineering standard methodologies (e.g. unit testing, code reviews, design document)\nExperience with web infrastructure and distributed systems is a plus\nExperience working with AWS technologies is a plus\nAbility to work in a fast-paced and agile development environment and to learn new frameworks/stacks\n\n\n
