The Digital Industries Factory Automation Solutions team of Siemens Ltd. implements complete automation projects in the field of automotive and industrial logistics. We are looking for a new Software Engineer for the following tasks.

You’ll make a difference by:

Creation of customized automation software / plant software (including visualization) of SIMATIC controllers – incl. safety applicationsImplementation of functions from the standardization or the application system component selectionBasic design: Technical conception in case of unspecified customer requirementsImplementation of the virtual commissioning in interaction with the plant simulationProcess-related technical detail clarificationEnsuring required quality standards and clarification of process-specific technical detailsCommissioning (I/O check, bus technology, safety-relevant applications and automation software)Preparation of documentation for the PLC program and visualizationYour defining qualities:

Technical education (university, technical college or equivalent professional experience)Industry know-how: core processes of the customer (automotive, industry logistic)Knowledge of automation (SIMATIC-S7, TIA Portal, WinCC)Product knowledge (SIMATIC, PROFINET, Fail-Safe)Systems knowledge (including drive and power technology)Fluent language skills in English or GermanHungarian spoken and written - fluentProfessional and project experience - we are looking for applicants with all seniority levelsInitiative, learning ability, result-oriented and quality-drivenCommunication skills and ability to work in a teamStandards and technical regulations (in particular safety technology)
