Job Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications, plugins, workflows, and reports. Design and implement solutions using Dynamics 365 modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, or Finance and Operations. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical designs. Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems and third-party applications using APIs and web services. Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality solutions. Maintain and optimize existing Dynamics 365 implementations for performance and scalability. Provide technical support and user training on Dynamics 365 functionalities. Stay updated with the latest features and updates in the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
