Job Title: Software Engineer - Embedded Systems and ADAS

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineer with a specialization in Embedded Systems and Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software architectures for embedded systems within the agricultural machines sector, focusing on ADAS technologies. This role requires a deep understanding of both hardware and software integration, as well as proficiency in various programming languages and embedded/automotive protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Development: Design and develop software architectures for embedded systems from requirements to production and commercial deployment. Create high-level software designs and detailed coding for ADAS applications. Define, design, and implement system architectural strategies and guidelines. System Integration: Interface with hardware design and development teams to ensure seamless integration of software with hardware components. Assess third-party and open-source software for integration into the system. Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to software development teams throughout the project lifecycle. Lead and participate in design reviews and code inspections to ensure high-quality product designs. Performance Optimization: Analyze and enhance the efficiency, stability, and scalability of system resources. Develop and implement algorithms to optimize system performance and functionality. Testing and Debugging: Assist in the debugging and testing of embedded software systems. Ensure compliance with safety standards and automotive protocols. Documentation and Compliance: Maintain comprehensive documentation of all design and development processes. Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in embedded systems and ADAS.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience as a Software Engineer with strong architectural knowledge in embedded systems and ADAS. Strong background in C/C++ programming and real-time operating systems (RTOS). Experience with automotive protocols such as BroadR-Reach, CAN, J1939. Skills: Deep understanding of microprocessor architectures and firmware programming. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Strong communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with ROS2 robotic programming. Knowledge of machine learning and computer vision techniques. Familiarity with ISO 25119 and/or other automotive safety standards.
