We are building state-of-the-art capabilities, data processing and search systems, support tools, security frameworks and automation instrumentation that will greatly impact how our customers successfully use data to improve their businesses performance, scalability, profitability, and market strategies.Responsibilities:You will craft and implement new features enabling searches across massive datasets from different data sourcesUnderstand the challenges and trade-offs to be made when building and deploying new systems to productionWork closely with architects, senior engineers and the team to build exciting features, reusable components and products.Analyze and optimize back-end code, and pursue simplicity, efficiency, reliability and performance.You show operational excellence by swiftly responding to alerts and incidents, mitigating issues to restore services. You conduct root cause analyses to prevent recurrences, and set up monitoring systems to detect issues early, regularly tuning alerts for relevance.Requirements:Required: 5 years of related experience with a technical bachelor’s degree or 4 years and a technical master’s degreeStrong fundamentals in software engineering: Data Structures, Algorithms.Experienced in developing and maintaining multi-threaded server applications written in C/C++ on Linux platforms.Knowledge of public cloud services such as AWS, GCP, AzureKnowledge of Linux OS from user and/or admin perspective. Desired:Experience in developing distributed systemsExperience in developing applications in public cloud servicesWhat we offerA team of incredibly capable and dedicated peers, all the way from engineering to product management and customer support.A stable, collaborative, and supportive work environment.
