**DESCRIPTION**
**Although the role category specified in the GPP is Remote, the requirement is for Hybrid.**
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Develop software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes, investigating problem areas, and following the software development lifecycle.
+ Document and demonstrate solutions by developing flow charts, layouts, and documentation.
+ Determine feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
+ Understand business needs and create tools to manage them.
+ Prepare and install solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.
+ Participate in educational opportunities, read professional publications, maintain personal networks, and participate in professional organizations.
+ Provide information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and issues while protecting IT assets by keeping information confidential.
+ Improve applications by conducting systems analysis and recommending changes.
+ Define applications and their interfaces, allocate responsibilities to applications, understand solution deployment, and communicate requirements for interactions with solution context.
+ Define Nonfunctional Requirements (NFRs).
+ Understand multiple architectures and how to apply architecture to solutions.
+ Understand programming and testing standards and industry standards for traditional and agile development.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Experience:**
+ Minimum 5 years of experience in Force.com, Lightning, LWC, Apex, CICD, COPADO, Jenkins, DevOps is mandatory.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Qualifications:**
+ **Education:** Bachelor’s degree ideally in Computer Science, Engineering, or MIS.
+ **Certification:** Salesforce certification is mandatory.
**Knowledge/Skills:**
+ Experience with the Salesforce.com platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud, etc.
+ Proficiency in Lightning Pages, Visualforce, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, API, Flows, LWC, Web Services (SOAP & REST), Angular framework, and Java.
+ Familiarity with Agile Methodologies and tools like GUS and JIRA.
+ Strong communication skills to communicate at all levels.
+ Proactive approach to problem-solving.
+ Follow release management CI/CD code deployment process to migrate code changes.
