You will be using your skills and expertise to define, design, develop, test, certify and improve cutting-edge software products. These cover a very wide range from advanced mission payloads and electronic systems through highly integrated aircraft to orbital and space exploration systems. You'll perform coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting of systems and software throughout our development process. Your technical duties involve the design and development of new software products throughout the product lifecycle.

Our team develops cutting edge mission software deployed on numerous military and civilian aircraft platforms. The software product you will work on has an exciting and long history of providing valuable capabilities to our customers quickly to enable them to accomplish their missions. There is new feature development, as well as maintaining existing features as new systems and software needs are evolving. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to full stack development and integration of the product while working with a multi-disciplinary team.

The ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance), Aviation, and Security (IAS) business area is a leader in ISR and aviation, it is a leading prime manned and unmanned aircraft systems integrator for innovative, high-performance ISR and aviation systems. Qualifications You Must Have:

Bachelor's of Science degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or other related discipline and typically 2 or more years of relevant experienceHigher education may substitute for relevant experienceExperience with Computer Aided Engineering toolsKnowledge of engineering principles and practicesFamiliarity working in multi-disciplinary teamsThe ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required

Qualifications We Prefer:

Understanding of industry standard software languages such as C, C#, C++, HTML, Java, Python, and BashExperience with software tools for requirements tracking, code reviews, static analysis, library and artifact repository, and automated buildKnowledge of software development methodologies such as Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and SpiralBasic  understanding of data structures

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $94,345.12 - $129,724.54. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
