Software Engineer - XM Partnerships

Why We Have This Role

\n

As a Software Development Engineer on the XM-Partnerships team, you would apply your distributed-systems knowledge, familiarity with full-stack development, databases, various storage-engines, and web-services design and implementation to build premier software and services. 

\n

XM Partnerships team aims to empower our partners to provide omni-channel XM to their client base, so as to unlock distinct and revenue generating differentiation. In doing so, we empower the partner ecosystem to drive expansion of the experiences managed by Qualtrics through a more curated XM offering for our customers, as well as through bringing XM to indirect audiences. Our short term goal is to create reusable frameworks and functionality to enable partners to bring XM powered IP to market.

Things You’ll Do

\n\nDevelop scalable, fast, robust, and simple solutions to solve complex business problems\nImplement new features and optimize existing ones to drive maximum performance\nDevelop features through a mix of backend services and front end development\nJoin oncall rotation and resolve customer issues\nWork closely with, and incorporate feedback from other specialists, tech-ops, and product managers\nAttend project review and operation review meetings, document daily report, collaborate with your peers, prioritize features, and work with a sense of urgency to deliver value to your customers\n\n

What We’re Looking For On Your Resume

\n\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant major\nExperience with software architecture and distributed systems\nStrong algorithms, data structures and coding background\nDisciplined approach to testing and quality assurance\nExperience with software engineering standard methodologies (e.g. unit testing, code reviews, design document)\n\n

We believe in letting our teams choose the stack on each project, allowing engineers to experiment and learn new, up and coming technologies like Python, MySQL, React, Node.js, JavaScript, DevOps and Kubernetes or its equivalent.

For full-time positions, this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer, in addition to a range of medical, financial, and other benefits, based on eligibility criteria.
