Product on which you are going to work: 

Insights Portal – a customer-facing research portal used for information gathering and research by the industry leaders in investments, finance, and medicine. The Insights Portal platform is focused on content acquisition and distribution through various channels such as the state-of-the-art web application and various APIs. 

Info about Team: 

The development team is comprised of 8 engineers, 4 back-end and 4 front-end engineers who work very closely with quality assurance (QA) specialists, and a product manager, forming a cohesive product-delivery unit, creating and delivering high-quality software products.  This is a 100% hands-on role involving day-to-day coding, bug fixing, writing unit tests, integration with other teams and services as well as third-party services and solutions.

Work timings: 

1 pm to 10 pm IST (As will be working closely with US Eastern time zone Engineering team) 

Your Impact: 

Develop and support scalable web/API applications using.NET core and Azure Platform Services   Build new applications/services/platforms   Refactor legacy components using innovative/scalable platform   Participate in agile SDLC meetings with other engineering teams (Full-stack, QA, DevOps, and Product teams)  Design architecture for various components, sub-systems, and systems, as well as database schemas, and payloads for APIs and messaging  Decompose portions of the legacy application into APIs running on App Services.   Work with large database schemas that would include adding and updating tables and rows 

Minimum Technical Qualifications: 

7-10 years of experience developing software using C# and .NET tech stack  Hands-on experience with Azure platform services:   (WebApps, WebJobs, Functions, API Management,   Service Bus, Event Grid, Azure SQL,  CosmosDb Key Vault, Azure DevOps,   Active Directory, ILB, Application Gateway/WAF,   Storage Account, Private Link  Comfortable with Powershell. Ansible, Terraform, and ARM Templates are a plus.  Understanding using/crafting architecture diagrams in Visio or LucidChart 

Preferred/Nice Experience to have: 

Experience with AKS (Azure Kubernetes Services)
