Software Engineer III - (employer: Sirius XM Radio Inc.; job location: Irving, TX) - Design, develop, document and integrate software components for original equipment manufacturer (OEM) implementations of Sirius XM Radio. Use C++ and Java in QNX, Linux and Android environments. Maintain internal 360L applications used by QA, Automation Testing and certain partners/OEMs. Work closely with internal customers, engineering, design and program management teams in an Agile, continuous integration environment to deliver products to market. Provide risk analysis, prioritization, and scheduling of outstanding change requests (bugs) and feature enhancements. Provide reports, perform special projects, and conduct lab/field testing. Requirements: Bachelor’ Degree in Computer Science or Engineering (Computer or Electrical), plus 3 years of experience in the offered position or a software developer or software engineer position.
