We are seeking an innovative and passionate engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate enjoys problem-solving at scale, values automation and efficiency, and views infrastructure as another aspect of software engineering. Responsibilities

Contributing to our Research Indicators Platform

Automating processes to assist other teams.

Collaborating on new ideas to optimize systems and engineering workflows.

Building relationships with other engineering teams to identify and solve their pain points.

Working across the stack, from development to infrastructure.

Requirements

To be proficient in writing production-ready code. We use AWS, but experience with GCP or Azure is also acceptable, especially if you are competent with Kubernetes.

Have experience with CI/CD and infrastructure as code.

Have to view devops as a mindset, not a role. We operate under the motto “we write it, we run it” and are willing to engage in infrastructure work.

To be passionate about creating high-quality, testable code. We write and design our own tests, measure untested things, and fix any problems we find.

To be a team player who leaves your ego at the door. We value learning from each other and making decisions as a team.
