Position: Software Engineer III

Duties: Design and implement features by writing code, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing insights. Develop customizable, reusable, and dynamic frontend components using ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and NodeJS. Implement robust, maintainable, and reusable code and software tools using JavaScript for managing configuration, deployments, monitoring performance, scalability, availability, security and alerting for test, integration, and production environments. Integrate and consume application programming interface (API) services with NodeJS and JAVA. Guide small to large-sized complex projects by reviewing project requirements, translating requirements into technical solutions, researching, and identifying alternative solutions. Gather requested information (for example, design documents, product requirements, wire frames), write and develop code, conduct unit testing, and communicate status and issues to team members and stakeholders. Troubleshoot open issues and bug-fixes and ensure on-time delivery and hand-offs. Perform actions as designated in the plan, interpret the results to determine further action, and complete online documentation. Deploy single page applications on compatible web browsers including Chrome, Safari, and Firefox. Use version control system GIT to collaborate with team members. Demonstrate up-to-date expertise and apply this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices.
Minimum education and experience required: Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (any), or a related field. Position does not require specific years of experience but requires listed skills.
Skills required: Experience designing and implementing user interface (UI) using frontend technologies including React and Angular. Experience coding in object-oriented programming languages including JavaScript and TypeScript. Experience designing documents to be displayed in a web browser using HTML. Experience styling the web browser documents using CSS. Experience designing and implementing REST application programming interfaces (API) web services using NodeJS and Java. Experience deploying and testing code to local and external platforms using Azure, Kubernetes, and GCP cloud platforms to ensure management of large-scale applications. Experience with secure code management using GIT version control system. Experience reviewing code for team members to ensure that it meets all business requirements. Experience deploying single page applications to be compatible with modern web browsers including Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. Experience writing code with valid unit test cases using Jest, Enzyme, and Chai to validate the requirements. Employer will accept any amount of professional experience with the required skills.
Salary Range: $146,307/year to $234,000/year. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location) and Stock equity incentives.
