Process Overview*
The Global Risk Technology (GRT) team provides technology solutions to support the Chief Risk Officer, Secondary Marketing, Global Principal Investments, Corporate Treasury, and Enterprise Capital Management Organizations. The Risk technology teams calculates various risk metrics including Credit, Market and Liquidity Risk for the various LOBs within the bank, supports the Risk business to generate actionable insights and ensure that we stay within our Risk Limits. It also enables reporting of the data to various regulators and supports key regulatory mandates including Enterprise Stress Test and CCAR runs. The technology teams also support functions that manages the Bank’s capital and invests capital on behalf of the enterprise, manage earnings, liquidity and funding. It also supports the business that oversee mortgage servicing rights, pricing, hedging, trading and delivery of mortgage products.
Job Description*
This resource will work with multiple development teams to onboard applications to the enterprise SDM/horizon tools and will provide ongoing troubleshooting support that is both functional and technical for the SDM Platform and its associated tools. The resource will work with development teams to board applications to the SDM tool stack. Will get engaged in troubleshooting and routing of issues to appropriate support level team. Team will collaborate with internal teams (IEPS Incident Management/Problem/Change management, L2, L3, L4 and Service Delivery teams). Address all configuration issues for the development team’s applications within the tools. This role will help overcome the challenges teams are facing in implementing CICD across a complex technology stack.
Responsibilities*
Over all 8-10 years experienceMust have 6+ yrs experience in dev ops.4-6 Years experience in Unix Shell ScriptingDeep understanding of Python Programming and Data StructuresExperience of working in Big Data Environment – Hadoop, Spark, PysparkMust be able to handle multiple tasks and adapt to a constantly changing environmentMust have a solid understanding of SDLC.Strong technical troubleshooting skills in Bitbucket, Jenkins, SonarQube, Artifactory, Ansible, JIRA.Very comfortable in windows and linux command lineOS level expertise in Linux, Windows server. Expertise in shell scripting.Experience with DevOps CI/CD applications and automated build and deploy configuration and processes. Experience with Maven, Ant and other build frameworksAble to communicate effectively both written and verbal.Able to support clients in a fast paced environment in critical situations.Able to meet all expected SLA’s.Requirements*
