Join us! **About the LOB** The Global Markets Technology group within the Global Banking and Markets Technology division. The group is responsible for delivery of a wide range of technology solutions which support Middle and Back Office markets operations for the firm, across securities, derivatives, foreign exchange, futures, options and commodities products. You will be joining the Futures & Options AMRS or EMEA team within Cleared Derivatives and Collateral Technology. This is a long-established team with experienced professionals which forms part of Futures & Options Technology globally. **Job Description:** This job is responsible for developing and delivering complex requirements to accomplish business goals. Key responsibilities of the job include ensuring that software is developed to meet functional, non-functional and compliance requirements, and solutions are well designed with maintainability/ease of integration and testing built-in from the outset. Job expectations include a strong knowledge of development and testing practices common to the industry and design and architectural patterns. **LOB Job Description:** + Responsible for end-to-end management and delivery of a material change for a project of high complexity across multiple departments across multiple business units. Manages, leads and directs the work efforts of resources that may be functionally aligned as part of the project and/or organizationally aligned as direct reports. Responsible for the end-to-end integration of various work streams in order to deliver the intended project solution. Responsibilities include: Manage Project Scope, Timeline and Budget/Expenses; obtain and align resources to key project roles; establish clearly defined responsibilities and accountabilities; oversight/Manage/Lead project execution, integration and implementation; Risk Management and Mitigation Planning; Readiness / Change Adoption/Stakeholder Management; Quality Assurance, ensure that all applicable change requirements are satisfied; Acts as the primary point of contact and integration for the project; Acts as a Programme Manager if required on an interim basis; Ability to represent / deputise senior project stakeholders where required + Provide subject matter expertise (SME) for the GMI application from FIS. This includes troubleshooting operational issues and providing guidance to developers. + Provide project management skills for the initiation of a project to look at NextGen products to replace the GMI application. This will require documenting existing GMI workarounds, GMI modules used and their deficiencies, operational wish lists, Data Taxonomy, and other documentation needs.
