Job Summary

ZOLL Medical is in need of a Software Development Intern to support the data systems product suite. The Software Development Intern will support the software development engineering team in the design, development, and testing of software systems for software enhancements and new products.

NOTE: You must be currently enrolled in a degree program, at the start of the internship, to be considered for the position. This position will be on onsite role from May 2025- August 2025

Essential Functions

Translate designs into pixel-perfect implementationsCreate and maintain components in our component libraryFunctionally implement said components in the softwareCreate and maintain working API’sCreate and maintain a living SQL DB. ( Tables, stored procedures, indexing, tuning, etc. )Take pride and responsibility in delivering quality implementationsIdentify, log and fix those pesky bugsKeep others to a high standard by conducting code reviewsWrite unit tests for the stuff you buildAsking too many questions is always better than asking too fewBeing creative to propose creative solutions when faced with a challenge

Required/Preferred Education and Experience

High School Diploma or GED required1-2 years of college experienced preferred0-1 year of relevant work experience

Compensation for this position is $25 - 27 per hour. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and location.
