Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain business process management (BPM) applications using the Appian platform.Design, develop, and deploy process models, user interfaces, and integrations in Appian.Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Appian applications.Provide ongoing maintenance and support for Appian applications and workflows.Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of the applications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Appian solutions with existing systems.Participate in code reviews and adhere to best practices for application development.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).Proven experience developing and implementing applications on the Appian platform.Strong knowledge of Appian features such as process models, SAIL, web services, and Appian integration capabilities.Experience with Java, JavaScript, and other web technologies is a plus.Understanding of business process management (BPM) principles and concepts.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Appian Certified Senior Developer or similar certifications.Experience with integrations between Appian and other enterprise systems.Familiarity with cloud-based deployments and architectures.

Education

Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related software engineering experience
