As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for the business technology vision, strategy, and roadmap you will build and lead hardware and software teams while also leveraging global platform teams to deliver differentiated solutions for the building automation market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
YOU MUST HAVE
A minimum of 12 years of professional experience in system development (firmware, hardware, software) product development with demonstrated success in bringing new products to market.WE VALUE
BE / B. Tech / BS in Computer Science or Electronics EngineeringExperience in architecture, design, and development in end-to-end IoT stack.Strong expertise in architecting & developing the enterprise software applications based on devices and its interactions.Strong knowledge on Cyber Security and User Experience for a solutionStrong interest in innovation and exploring innovative technologies.Complete understanding of a full product development lifecycle from concept to launch.Experience in C# .Net, MS Azure Cloud Services, MVC, Web Services, REST.\\Experience on C++ will be added advantage.Strong design, development and architecture experience in Cloud Services, Micro Services, Event & IOT Hubs, Microsoft .NET, Web Services and hand-on experience in SaaS enabled solutions.Demonstrated experience working within an iterative product development methodology.Demonstrated ability to learn new products/industries quickly.Experience with multiple technologies and architectures.
