The Risk Content Engineering under the Risk and Quant Analytics Engineering is focused on delivering Risk data coming from different sources - Third Party Vendors and FactSet Risk Analytics team - by providing database solutions and automated processes which follow an Extract-Transform-Load (ETL) procedure. The team delivers timely and correct data by setting up proper QA and testing integrated to the systems. To continuously improve and automate our workflows, the team is also responsible to create the necessary tools to support this initiative. This ensures that FactSet's products and technologies are responsive to the changing needs of the investment and software engineering community.
Job Descriptions:
FactSet is searching for a graduate with strong programming skills and good knowledge of an OO language and experience of working with OO concepts. You will be focused on the creation, design, management and maintenance of custom database solutions and automated processes that will help the team in delivering the data to our clients in a timely manner. You will be working with various stakeholders (product developers, internal teams, and clients) to deliver timely and accurate transformed data loaded from data feed acquisitions. You will be able to develop web and command-line tools to assist our stakeholders on their day-to-day tasks which includes debugging, testing, and QA. Lastly, be involved in continuously improving and upgrading our tools, APIs, and workflows for seamless model integrations and easier management of these components.
