Meet Our Team:

As a member of a data runtime team, you will work closely with fellow team members, product management, and other global teams to develop features and tools that allow our clients to create, access, and update data in Pega Launchpad applications. You’ll use tools like MongoDB, Kubernetes, and AWS to develop microservices, delivering core capabilities for Pega’s services engineering that meet the needs of our clients.

What You'll Do at Pega: Work collaboratively with team members to design, develop, test, and document features in the data runtime domain, including the design and development of high-quality softwareContribute productively to a fast-paced agile/scrum software development team.Collaborate with the Product team and other stakeholders to translate feature requirements into software deliverables.Who You Are:

You have a passion for engineering and a strong desire to develop your skills in an enterprise environment while contributing to an industry-leading product. You bring a creative, solutions-oriented approach and leverage your experience to enhance collaboration and drive success.

Currently pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Computer ScienceFamiliarity with Kotlin or Java and object-oriented design/developmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsOutstanding written and verbal communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a Scrum team to brainstorm, plan, and develop new featuresDrive for continuous learning and development
