The Software Engineer Senior develops and implements solutions by leveraging existing software platforms to generate unique, custom solutions to address complex business needs. This position reviews administrative and technical procedures on software platforms and covers multiple functional areas (analysis, design, administration, development, and information technology support). Working under minimal supervision, this role focuses on ensuring that applications function seamlessly with business processes, organization data, and IT infrastructure.
Manages the planning, design, and execution of software platforms and designs changes to drive efficient workflows.
Identifies, analyzes, and resolves both simple and complex system problems, reporting findings to colleagues.
Oversees the preparation of technical documentation and system reports for department leaders to review.
Supports and trains software users in response to questions or requests.
Configures new software services to address business needs, expand capabilities of software platforms, and create efficiencies in software performance.
Assists team members to help solve issues with the implementation, enhancement, integration, and maintenance of software solutions, to ensure business and customer needs are met.
Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:Required: Bachelor's Degree
EXPERIENCE:Required: 4 years
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING:Required: Platform-centric Certification
