Description We are offering an exciting opportunity in the Services industry, based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This position is for a Software Engineer Tester, where you will be tasked with developing solutions for test management, designing test cases, and maintaining automated test sets. Responsibilities: • Build and upkeep automated test sets for regular, efficient execution • Design test cases for features in a systematic, repeatable manner, ensuring they can be automated • Develop strategies and structures for test management, execution, and reporting • Analyze failing tests using browser developer tools, studying log files, and reviewing test results • Bring a customer-focused viewpoint to feature discussions, advocating for the end user • Test, troubleshoot, and scrutinize software components, interfaces, and procedures • Collaborate directly with development resources to provide constructive feedback aimed at enhancing engineering practices and the delivery of high-quality solutions • Contribute expertise to Business Analysts and UX resources to generate high-quality acceptance criteria in the Agile story generation and refinement process • Track and communicate quality metrics in a clear and effective manner • Collaborate with internal and external users to identify, reproduce and describe issues encountered with product during all lifecycle stages • Uphold company values in everyday interactions, both inside and outside of the company • Perform other duties as required to ensure the smooth operation of the team. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Software Engineer Tester role or a similar position in the Services industry. • Proficient in AB Testing with a proven track record of successful implementation. • Solid understanding and experience with C Sharp Programming (C#). • Expertise in formulating and executing SQL Queries. • Strong experience in Selenium Automation for testing various web applications. • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and its implementation in testing processes. • Practical experience in Azure DevOps for efficient software development. • Proven experience in API Testing to ensure seamless application integration. • Knowledge in Development Testing to ensure software functionality. • Ability to create detailed and effective Test Cases.
