As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for application development, testing, and user support. This role will get to work within a growing team and help develop from the ground up new systems as well as supporting existing applications.  A commitment to collaborative problem solving, innovative design, and a quality product is essential.

Position qualifications and responsibilities:

Perform responsive software development and integration, within an agile development process
Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable codeSupport our software lifecycle, to include design, development and testingWork closely with users to provide personalized software support as neededEnsure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applicationsIdentify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issuesHelp maintain code quality, organization, and automationTesting and evaluating new development technologiesDocumenting application support and operational procedures

Essential skills and experience required:

At least 5+ years’ direct experience with C# and Javascript frameworks such as React/Angular/Vue3+ years’ years of experience developing video communications applications using Vidyo, Microsoft Graph and WebRTCPreferred experience with Azure DevOpsRelational database knowledge with either MS SQL or Postgres experience a plusUse of Source Control System like TFS (Team Foundation Server)/GitExperience defining end-to-end architectures that balance business requirements, scalability and are maintainableWillingness to adapt and evolve to technology changesExceptional organizational and time-management skills to accomplish a high volume of competing work assignments and routine duties within established deadlinesMust be passionate about the Software Development Life Cycle and evolution of development technologies to help drive future advancements and best practicesSkilled at data analysis, critical thinking and problem-solvingComfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment requiring the ability to prioritize, multi-task and adapt to changing priorities in business needsAbility to work independently and within a teamMust be flexible and willing to support a 24x7 environmentMust possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
