Hangzhou OoA team work on multiple projects and we are seeking a senior technical lead to cover some major projects for Shared Services - eSignature, FTDL, Camunda and public cloud migration etc.

We are seeking a lead(AVP) role for managing above workstreams to improve leadership, technical architect design, communication, and align projects with our strategy, thus enhancing productivity.

What you will be responsible for

As a lead/Architect for shared services you will

Development activities include development, proposing architectural decisions, participating in design, review, coding, and implementationIdentify issues and implement solutions to complex problems and solve difficult problems across various applications.Familiar with cloud technology, cloud deployment/topology, e.g. AWS, AzureWork closely with operations and infrastructure to build high scale servicesWork closely with BA/PM to guide the overall platform/application designManagement of documentation of all code and functionalities implementedFacilitate the integration of different platforms and applicationsWork closely with DevOps and engineers to improve tech stack for long-term engineering initiativesLead team to explorer industry lead technology

Education & Preferred Qualifications

BS+ education in CS or related fieldsExcellent read & write in English, fluent spoken EnglishPreferably strong development experience with minimum of 5 years architecture/coding experience3+ years of team management experienceHands-on experience in architecture design/coding/code review.Knowledge on javascript, react is a plusOpen to learning, collaborative, willing to give and receive feedbackExperienced with various technologies, self-motivated, a fast learner, and have a "get things done" mentality.Excellent communication skills and time-management skills are welcome
