The experience will include: + Participation in ‘modern engineering’ concepts, including Human Centered Design and Product Innovation. + Contributing to technology transformation strategies. + Use of Agile Development Methodology + An understanding of departments that work in tandem with technology + Uncovering drivers for positive corporate culture and enhanced communication throughout the organization. + Professional development through peer counseling, mentorship and corporate leadership interactions. Program Overview : + 10 week paid assignment. + In person orientation on Day 1, including a tour of the site, overview of the company and welcome message from senior leaders. + Professional development from dedicated program manager and peer mentors. + Small, selective program that allows for more focused attention and support. + Interaction with leaders across multiple business units and departments. + Resume review and LinkedIn clinic. Basic Qualifications : + Bachelors in progress in Computer Science or related field + Some technology-centric coursework completed Preferred Qualifications : + Sound analytical and critical thinking skills with a strategic mindset + Basic understanding of software development methodology + Microsoft Office skills, including MS Word and Excel + Strong oral and written communication skills + Curious, self-motivated spirit + Self-motivated individual who is focused and results oriented Compensation The compensation range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00 hourly. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, experience and take into account internal equity.
