We’re seeking an innovative Software Engineering intern to join our Santa Clara, CA team for Summer 2025!
This internship opportunity is for individuals interested in a broad range of electrical and software engineering. The ideal candidate should have strong academic credentials and experience working both independently and in a team environment, possessing not only academic but also interpersonal skills to help optimize our teams. The single most important attribute is an inquisitive nature and a strong desire to learn real world applications to compliment your academic experience.
The internship will begin in June and last for 12 weeks; you will be expected to work 100% on-site.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Collaborate closely with experienced engineers and mentors, gaining invaluable exposure to leading-edge technologies
+ Immerse yourself in a professional environment, acquiring real-world experience that will set you apart in your future career
+ Take ownership of a significant software development task or conduct in-depth research on a crucial technical topic, directly contributing to project goals
+ Showcase your achievements by presenting your findings to fellow interns and managers, improving your professional communication skills
+ Boost your skills through specialized Linux and Object-Oriented Design training
**Qualifications:**
_Required:_
+ Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field
+ Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance
+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
+ Familiarity with software tools should be at a level that is appropriate for your academic level
+ Ability to meet normal demands associated with an office environment
+ Ability to work on computer for long periods, and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face to face
_Desired:_
+ Practical software development experience
+ Signal processing knowledge
+ Computer architecture experience
+ Hardware/software test development experience
+ Previous internship/co-op or other work experience is preferred, not required

**Pay Range** : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$41,700 - $83,500
