The job profile for this position is Software Engineering Senior Advisor, which is a Band 4 Senior Contributor Career Track Role with Cigna-Evernorth Services, Inc.
Responsibilities-
· Provide technology leadership and delivery accountability for technology solutions for multiple concurrent projects within an application family (i.e. Reimbursement, logistics, inventory);
· Partner with multiple vendors to create estimates and delivery plans for projects or programs across an application family to ensure quality of technology delivery;
· Advise, design, and develop enterprise systems such as Front-end Pharmacy, Dispensing, Inventory and Billing to facilitate operations;
· Develop standard practices, components, and guidelines for use of complex technology components;
· Determine root cause of technology problems and drive resolution;
· Provide guidance to teams to resolve urgent and critical production incidents;
· Provide guidance to multiple software development consultants overseas as needed for better understanding of business requirements and technology needs;
· Provide technical guidance to projects/programs for complex components of a multiple technology suite;
· Partner with systems architects to set direction;
· Maintain programs by coding, testing and debugging code as necessary; and
· Create detailed specifications or designs for software development, conduct quality assurance reviews of peer application programming and act as a mentor to others.

Qualifications-
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field;
• 5 years of experience in a related occupation;
• Experience designing enterprise data management and governance models;
• Experience integrating portfolio project plans for data management and governance models;
• Experience conducting software reviews;
• Experience executing large software project plans (duration of 1 yr, or budget of $5 million USD or more, or team of 20+ people);
• Experience creating regulatory reports;
• Experience leading large software development teams (20+ people);
• Experience executing large software projects requiring finance and technology knowledge (duration of 1 yr, or budget of $5 million USD or more, or team of 20+ people);
• Experience integrating OWASP (Open Web Application Security Project) guidelines and best practices into software design;
• Experience adhering to compliance and security standards such as HIPAA, PHI, PCI, Sarbanes-Oxley; and
• Experience using: Windows OS, UNIX OS, TCP/IP networks, Agile, Java, Oracle PL/SQL, Spring Boot, SAS, DB2, and Tableau.
