Job Description The Software Engineering Lead is a pivotal role, responsible for leading a dynamic team comprising R&D Developers, Backend Developers, and Mobile Developers. The position focuses on driving the development and implementation of groundbreaking technologies and applications. The role demands oversight of technical project aspects, aligning with strategic company objectives and adhering to industry standards.

Duties and  Responsibilities

Leadership and management of a multidisciplinary team including R&D, Backend, and Mobile Developers, fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation.

Supervision over the research, development, and execution of new technologies and applications.

Development and maintenance of project timelines, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.

Collaboration with the Product Management team for defining technical requirements and specifications.

Assurance of technical feasibility and resource allocation for new projects and initiatives.

Mentorship and guidance to team members for professional and technical skill enhancement.

Staying updated with emerging technologies and trends to maintain a competitive edge in projects.

Cross-departmental collaboration for the integration of innovative solutions.

Establishment and enforcement of coding standards and best practices.

Provision of technical expertise and decision-making in critical project phases.

Involvement in the recruitment and training of new team members.

Qualifications

A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Demonstrated experience in a technical leadership role managing development teams.

Solid background in software development with proficiency in backend and mobile technologies.

Comprehensive understanding of the development process (design, development, and deployment).

Passion for technology and innovation.

Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.

Effective interpersonal and communication skills for team leadership and inspiration.
