Primary Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Engineering  and PO teams on requirement understanding Lead Automation Engineering team and maintain high quality gates Maintain regression suite 100% covered and in sprint automation Work as part of the team to achieve key business objectives Collaborate with the team on application architecture design, decision-making and process automation Work on a time sensitive and highly visibility initiative to stabilize the existing regression suite and bring it up to date with the latest code base to test web and mobile OS/browsers combinations Support release and war rooms Review issues found via automation or manual testing to determine if there are environmental issues Keep track of all production INC and make sure covered in regression suite Determine root cause of issues (i.e. database, file systems, etc.) and work with the Development teams to resolve them They should have the relevant automation experience to understand the existing framework and scale up quickly to debug the scripts Provide feedback to the teams on improvements and assist in coming up with a sustainable maintenance process. Experience in Agile testing methodologies will help Provide alternate design solutions in automation phase Design and implement test enhancements in collaboration with development team through automation Troubleshoot post-production issues and identify root cause Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or equivalent Degree with 9+ Years of IT experience Bachelor’s degree 7+ years of experience as Software Development Engineers in Automation 5+ years of experience coding and scripting for test automation 2+years of experience in cypress and mocha frame work Solid experience to write test code to test product/application code Experience with Acceptance Test Driven Development Test automation experience using Cypress, Java Script, Java, JUnit, Jenkins, Selenium web driver and BDD frameworks like CucumberProven solid Java script coding skills Proficient/solid work hands and design experience of following Tech Stack
Java/J2EE Spring (Core/Boot/Cloud), Hibernate, JPA Angular17+, React, NestJS, HTML, JavaScript, TypeScript Azure, OpenShift, AWS GitHub, Jenkins, Artifactory, Docker Rest API, Microservices, UI Widgets Opensource/NoSQL Database GraphQL, Hasura, PostgreSQL Messaging Queues, Kafka Streams Cypress, Cucumber, Selenium Junit, Sonar, Twistlock, Splunk Ability to design Patterns, DevOps Process, Secure Coding LeSS/Agile Scrum/Kanban Methodology Proven highly organized and self-driven, capable of working with little or no supervision Solid multitasking skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in using automation tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, or similar frameworks Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git, and continuous integration tools, such as Jenkins Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex software systems Proven excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment Proven attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software products
