About Our Team:
This position serves as a subject matter expert for a specific team of Software Engineers.
About the Role:
This role involves writing code on complex systems and applications, providing direction on project plans, schedules, and methodologies. The position includes management responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
+ Manage and prioritize workload effectively.
+ Demonstrate the ability to multi-task and possess strong analytical skills.
+ Provide excellent customer support experience for enterprise customers.
+ Analyze and provide hands-on support for various inquiries.
+ Log and track problems; review problem tracking databases.
+ Resolve complex technical issues as necessary.
+ Stay updated on new technology developments.
+ Collaborate with a Feature SCRUM Team and other SCRUM members to understand complex product requirements and translate them into software designs.
+ Implement development processes, coding best practices, and conduct code reviews.
+ Mentor and support less-experienced software developers on development methodologies and optimization techniques.
+ Perform complex research, design, and software development tasks within a specific business functional area or product line.
+ Provide direct input to project plans, schedules, and methodology while developing cross-functional software products.
+ Understand and parse log files (IIS, Application, Event Viewer, etc.); ELK experience is a plus.
+ Lead by example and fulfill other duties as required by the team.
Requirements:
+ Experience in Web 2.0 Application Development.
+ Knowledge of C# .NET MVC.
+ Familiarity with C# WCF / SOAP Services.
+ Proficiency in HTML / JavaScript / CSS.
+ Experience with jQuery / Bootstrap (optional: React, Angular, Knockout).
+ Understanding of Entity Framework and Dapper.
+ Experience with xUnit .
+ Proficiency in GIT source control.
+ Advanced SQL knowledge (MySQL & SQL Server) and SQL query troubleshooting experience.
+ Basic knowledge of Windows Services and Windows Server Administration.
+ Experience with Continuous Integration Software (Jenkins / Hudson), Deployments, and PowerShell Scripting.
