Primary Responsibilities:
Cloud technology (AWS, Armor) with expected responsibilities of monitoring, DevOps, maintain availability and stability of infrastructure Work on the incidents and service requests Monitor the applications Solve common business problems through code and automation Manage code deployment and release via GitHub actions and help in troubleshooting issues with existing CI/CD pipeline Help with AEM infrastructure (manage users, troubleshoot website, etc.) Review project deliverables for completeness, quality, and compliance with established industry/project standards Miscellaneous duties to support the AMS on Call duties Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain web- and desktop-based business applications built on Microsoft technologies Assist in the development of user stories, estimates and work plans Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). 7+ years of experience in Application support and Maintenance Experience with ITSM Management (process set-up & consulting), should have solid experience with Chef Experience planning and supporting +99.99% availability against critical applications in production Experience with Agile & CI/CD methodologies and enabling automation within development teams Able to make modifications in Chef code (recipes, cookbooks, databags) as per the requirements Knowledge of Application Performance Management Knowledge of log management using Splunk Knowledge of System monitoring (Pingdom & Sensu) Knowledge of Server patching (Armor & AWS) Knowledge of Application upgrades Knowledge of Database upgrades (MySQL, MongoDB) Knowledge of Production deployments. Knowledge of Fix infrastructure vulnerabilities Knowledge of CI/CD using GitHub actions. Knowledge of Basic production troubleshooting In-depth knowledge of Chef as a configuration management tool Well versed with Software Engineering & Project Management processes Solid analytical skillsPreferred Qualifications:
