This position will be responsible to participate in user sessions, understand business needs, translate company goals to the teams efficiently, guide/mentor the team, conduct timely performance reviews. This person will report to the Billing Data Mediation Dev Sr Manager.

At Sabre, we’re passionate about building software that solves problems. In this role you will manage a team supporting Convergent Mediation, BOBJ, BODS, HANA, GCP applications. In this role you will monitor snow requests/projects requested by Sabre users in above mentioned applications and monitor them for successful completion.Role and Responsibilities:Participate in discussions with business leads, gather and understand the requirementsCollaborate and coordinate with cross functional teams to implement new billing modelsTranslate the business needs into proper goals within the team and set reasonable timelinesDemonstrate creative, strategic thinking and problem solving; able to exercise independent judgment in a highly complex environmentEncourage high coding standards, using best practices and high qualityRegularly interacts with subordinate supervisors, architects, product managers, HR, on matters concerning projects, or team performance.Requires the ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance from others in sensitive situations, without damage to the relationshipProvides technical mentorship and cultural/competency-based guidance to teamsProvides larger business/product context. Mentors on Convergent Mediation applicationDemonstrate excellent verbal and written communications skills with technical and non-technical clientsConduct timely performance reviews and mentor the team membersAbility to work with Project Managers, team leads to provide KPI reports to supervisors on a regular cadence.Qualifications and Education Requirements:8 or more years of experience leading a successful teamExperience in handling multiple projects concurrentlyExperience in SaaS applications such as JIRA, Service Now Kanban, RallyExcellent written and oral communication skillsStrong troubleshooting, problem solving and analytical skills are an absolute mustProven track record of willingness and interest in learning new tools and technologies is necessary2-3 years of experience in designing, developing and deploying workflows in SAP Convergent MediationSolid understanding of BRIM architecture including Convergent Charging, Convergent Invoicing, Billing and Revenue Innovation Management, Subscription Order Management5 or more years of experience in database design, scriptingGood understanding in any Cloud technologies such as AWS/GCP etcBachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
