Job Description
We are seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead our engineering efforts in developing cutting-edge solutions for Compliance and Third-Party Risk Management. The role involves strategic leadership, technical excellence, and a deep commitment to product innovation. As a Software Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technology strategy and vision, ensuring that our solutions meet the highest standards of quality, security, and performance. You will lead a talented team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving the development of products that protect the world's financial systems and supply chains from criminal activities.

Extensive experience in software engineering and within a leadership role managing engineering teams.Proven track record of deliveryStrong technical foundation in software engineering principles and architecture, with expertise in multiple programming languages and frameworks.Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and mentor engineering teams, fostering an environment of innovation and continuous improvement.Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders as well as different teams across the operating unitStrategic thinker with a proven ability to translate business needs into technology solutions that drive customer value and business growth.Familiarity with compliance, risk management, or financial services domains would be beneficial but is not requiredBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.#LIhybrid
