Key Responsibilities

\n\nManage a team of Software Engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment\nOversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and meeting delivery goals\nCollaborate with other department heads to define project priorities and resource allocation\nProvide leadership in adopting and implementing software engineering best practices\nAct as a point of escalation for technical issues and coordinate resolution efforts\nMentor and develop team members, conducting performance reviews and fostering career growth\n

YOU MUST HAVE

\n\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics\n7+ years of experience in full stack software development\n3+ years of demonstrated proficiency with front-end technologies including React, Typescript, HTML, CSS\n3+ years of experience with back-end technologies including Node.js and Mongo DB\nLed software project team for at least 3 significant project releases\n\n
