Lead, coach, and grow a diverse team responsible for data quality frameworks and systems 2. Tech leadership to develop, evaluate, understand, and implement data and ML training solutions 3. Drive infrastructure efficiency efforts across Reality Labs 4. Define strategy for the team. Translate it to goals and clear expectations 5. Develop a productive and inclusive work environment based on accountability and impact 6. Work with cross-functional partners to understand data quality needs and translate these into system capabilities 7. Collaborate across engineering disciplines and geographies 8. Recruit talent and provide mentorship to team members **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 9. Demonstrated experience in people management, communication and cross functional skills 10. Ability to understand customer needs and translate these into product vision and roadmap 11. Demonstrated experience in driving execution across a multi-disciplinary team (researchers, client and backend engineers, PEs, operations, QA) 12.
