**Summary:** In this role, you will support a team of engineers focused on delivering insights on input performance in Wearables, as well as delivering Text Entry mechanisms and input education. **Required Skills:** Software Engineering Manager - Input Insights & UX Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of software engineers focused on delivering Input Education, Text Entry, and Input Insights 2. Engage with partner teams and communicate cross-functionally to drive research and engineering efforts 3. Create career development plans, manage performance, and conduct performance reviews 4. Set clear expectations and create a positive work environment based on accountability, in collaboration with research, engineering, and management teams 5. Help the team scale effectively: identify, recruit, interview, and hire new engineers **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 6. Must obtain work authorization in the country of employment at the time of hire and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment 7. 5+ years of experience creating real time software 8. 3+ years people management 9. BS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field **Preferred Qualifications:** Preferred Qualifications: 10. Experience with input devices such as touch screens, game controllers, or prototypes 11. Experience with Unity, Unreal, or equivalent 3D game engine 12.
